Devon-based Paramount makes and supplies seafood products to hospitality businesses throughout the UK.

The business grew steadily into the market leader, however, with competition increasing and the company growing, the team decided the brand would benefit from a review to balance significant investment in manufacturing facilities.

I undertook the brand review, paying particular attention to aspects like innovation, sustainability, provenance, and the integration of the new family member, The Cornish Seafood Company.

The marketing team were delighted with the work; it supported many of their ideas on how the brand should move forwards. They acted on a number of the suggestions within days, with the meatier suggestions given consideration by the Board of Directors.
