Oli and his family made three plant-based, gluten-free, naturally-sweetened desserts.
The award-winning products were formulated towards healthier indulgence for those who follow a vegan, flexitarian or gluten-free diet.
With a manufacturer in place, Oli asked me to create the branding, packaging design, and the business’ first simple Squarespace website for crowdfunding.
Working with my amazing illustrator, we devised the name Oli’s Nectarous, making a personal connection around the idea of sweet, fragrant, and extremely pleasing to taste.
Building on this, and the layers of flavour in the products, we brought these ideas to life in the design. The sleeves are hand-lettered and illustrated. We added the gold foil lettering and icon highlights to introduce a premium feel and catch the shopper's eye at point-of-sale.

Post Covid-19 and in the face of intense established competition, Oli decided to return to employment, all credit to him for the achievements made.
