Cheflix is an online culinary learning-inspiration platform, content production and marketing business.
The founding team in the Netherlands asked me to establish a new sponsored masterclasses format, and new business pipeline.
Sponsored masterclasses are recipe and documentary style video series about culinary topics. They are presented by a leading chef or expert, and feature the sponsor's brand and products.
Over a six-month contract, I developed the masterclasses content strategy and class format, which aligned important culinary topics and sponsor’s product portfolios.
I prepared new presentation documents for various audiences and stages of the sales funnel.
I set up a sales CRM system, and identified a pipeline of B2B prospects in the U.K., Scandinavia, Benelux and other European countries, focused around three culinary industry sectors.
I then undertook outreach to, and sales management of prospects, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
Success was achieved across sectors and territories, with many prospects at various levels of engagement.
I handed-over of the new sponsored masterclass system, with great potential and prospect pipeline, to the founders at the end of the contract.
